This role is part of our Experience & Engineering unit based in Croatia. We combine our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Lufthansa, Inter Milan, Gant, BioNTech and Beiersdorf.

JOB PURPOSE

In this role, you’ll join a talented team of digital designers in our growing office in Zagreb, shaping top-notch experiences for international clients. You’ll collaborate with DEPT® teams across Europe, tackle complex design challenges, and push design quality to the next level. You're not just a strong designer, you’re a people-first person, who challenges conventions, and helps shape a thriving team culture. With hands-on design, you'll play a key role in putting our Croatian design team on the map.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate strategy and insights into well considered journeys, wireframes and visual interface designs rooted in robust design principles;
• Presenting your work to clients and stakeholders, handling input and managing feedback;
• Collaborate with global DEPT® colleagues to help international clients reach their digital goals;
• Foster a design-driven culture through knowledge sharing and best practices

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of experience as UX designer at an agency or renowned brand;
• Experience with diverse digital design projects for large brands;
• A strong portfolio (website or PDF) demonstrating your experience and passion;
• A great communicator that is not afraid to take initiative;
• Experience with working in multidisciplinary teams;
• Experience with Figma and Design Systems is a must;
• Experience in motion design (Jitter) and AI tools is a big plus;
• Working proficiency in English;
