About the RoleWe're looking for an experienced and passionate Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our Product team in Berlin.
In this role, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and research to design and delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing user needs with business goals, thrives in collaborative environments, and is excited by the challenge of building products that have a real impact on people's lives.
ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Product Managers to identify opportunities, define goals, and shape product directionConduct user research activities, including customer interviews, expert interviews, and usability testingSynthesize research findings into actionable insights and product recommendationsCreate UX concepts including information architecture, user journeys, screen flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypesDesign intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for digital productsCollaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designsContinuously improve and evolve the visual language and overall user experience of our productsFacilitate workshops, ideation sessions, retrospectives, and co-creation activities with stakeholders across the businessContribute to a user-centered product culture through research, experimentation, and iterative design practices
What You Bring4+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role within a startup, scale-up, or agency environmentExperience across the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and research through to launchStrong UX expertise, including workshops, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and prototypingExperience conducting and evaluating qualitative user research, including interviews and usability testingStrong visual design skills with a keen eye for usability, accessibility, and detailAdvanced proficiency with Figma and collaboration tools such as MiroExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishA collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsComfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change in fast-moving environments
Nice to HaveExperience designing digital B2B and/or B2C productsFamiliarity with healthcare, wellbeing, or HR technology productsGerman language skillsExperience working in international and distributed teams
