The role

This Staff Product Designer role joins the AI Control Tower team to shape the future of enterprise AI governance. You will lead the design of strategic end-to-end experiences that help organizations discover, govern, and monitor AI across their enterprise.

What you'll do

• Lead large and complex initiatives to deliver world-class product experiences
• Drive end-to-end designs that consider user ecosystems and workflow patterns
• Develop frameworks and principles to standardize work across multiple teams
• Partner with leadership to define product vision and influence platform strategy
• Mentor other designers and champion customer-centric design practices

What you'll bring

• At least seven years of relevant product design experience
• Proven experience integrating AI into work processes or problem-solving
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to solve complex problems with elegant solutions
• Expertise in developing design frameworks and guiding cross-team work
• Strong ability to articulate design solutions based on research data
