Staff Product Designer - AI Products at Kraken

The role

Lead Product Design for elite AI products at Payward, building a personal finance agent from the ground up. You will have end-to-end ownership of the design experience, shaping how users interact with intelligent systems in the fintech space.

What you'll do

• Own the full design lifecycle from discovery and concept to prototyping and final launch
• Transform early ideas and rough problem spaces into functional B2C and internal AI products
• Design interfaces for non-deterministic experiences where system outputs vary and evolve
• Create rapid prototypes to test ideas and communicate complex interactions to stakeholders
• Conduct user research and leverage data insights to drive product improvements after launch
• Partner with product and engineering leadership to influence high-level strategy and roadmaps

What you'll bring

• At least 7 years of professional experience in product design with a strong portfolio
• Proven track record of leading 0 to 1 product launches from start to finish
• Deep expertise in UX and visual design with the ability to solve open-ended problems
• Advanced prototyping skills used to communicate complex ideas and interactions quickly
• Experience designing for AI-powered or generative products is highly desirable
