Sr. Staff Product Designer, Security and Risk Workflow at ServiceNow

The role

This role is part of the Security Design team at ServiceNow, focusing on building the next generation of AI-native security experiences. You will design simplified and cohesive workflows for global security teams, transitioning from reactive operations to autonomous orchestration.

What you'll do

• Lead large cross-product initiatives for agentic and AI-native experiences
• Drive innovative end-to-end user experience design frameworks across strategic domains
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for multidisciplinary collaborative efforts
• Share design expertise across the company to elevate the community of practice
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product management teams from project inception
• Continuously improve product design processes across various business units

What you'll bring

• At least 10 years of relevant product design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating innovative solutions for complex end-to-end user journeys
• Experience integrating AI into work processes or problem-solving workflows
• Proficiency in producing high-fidelity specifications and design languages
• Proven ability to influence and advocate for design value at an organizational level
