Job Description

OMT – ServiceNow Designer Location: GermanyContract: 3–6 months initially

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Designer with strong OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications) expertise to support a telecom transformation programme.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end solutions within ServiceNow OMT.Translate business and technical requirements into scalable OMT solution designs.Define workflows, processes, integrations and ServiceNow configurations.Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts and technical teams.Produce solution designs and technical documentation.Ensure OMT solutions align with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards.Support development and implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.Identify opportunities to improve OMT processes and overall solution efficiency.What We’re Looking For:Strong hands-on ServiceNow OMT experience – MUST HAVE.Proven experience as a ServiceNow Designer / Solution Designer / ServiceNow Consultant.Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration, workflows and integrations.Experience designing solutions for complex ServiceNow environments.Telecom domain experience is highly desirable.Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
