About this role

This role will be responsible for effectively interpreting our brand across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and impact in all communications. Your ability to combine exceptional design craft, strategic thinking, and emerging AI technologies will be instrumental in shaping the future of creative production. You will leverage both traditional design tools and AI-powered tools to develop concepts, generate assets, accelerate production, and create high-quality content across multiple platforms and markets. 

This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence our creative capabilities while pushing the boundaries of what is possible through the combination of human creativity and AI.

In this role you’ll get to:

Creative Design & Brand Development

  • Design high-impact creative assets across B2B and B2B2C marketing channels, including brand campaigns, social media, PR, sales materials, reports, trade shows, events, and digital experiences.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate business objectives while maintaining brand consistency and design excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to bring creative ideas to life, from initial concept through final execution.
  • Pitch and present creative ideas, concepts, and design solutions to managers and key stakeholders.

AI-Driven Creative Innovation

  • Use generative AI tools as part of a professional creative workflow to accelerate concept development, asset creation, adaptation, and production.
  • Explore emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve creative quality, efficiency, personalization, and scale.

Creative Excellence & Operations

  • Deliver top-quality work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standard of craft and brand consistency.
  • Stay current with design trends, platform developments, AI advancements, and emerging creative technologies.

What you'll need to succeed:

Design & Creative Expertise

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across digital marketing assets, event materials, presentations, visual systems, and commercially deployed AI-assisted creative work
  • Mastery of design fundamentals including layout, composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand application.
  • Proven ability to translate creative briefs and business objectives into compelling visual solutions.

Creative Technology & AI

  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and related software.
  • Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated imagery and visual assets for commercial marketing applications using platforms such as Runway, Veo, Imagen, Seedance, GPT Image, or similar tools.
  • Experience integrating AI into concept development, asset generation, adaptation, and production workflows.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of technical constraints across digital platforms and channels.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and work effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working in B2B branding or marketing is highly desirable.

It's great if you have:

  • Proficiency creating motion graphics and videos using After Effects and/or Premiere Pro
  • Understanding of print production requirements and constraints.
  • Experience with UX/UI, web design, responsive design principles, and digital user experiences.
  • Motion design, animation, or multimedia content creation skills.
