(Senior) UX Researcher (m/w/d)

Role Overview

This role is for an experienced (Senior) UX Researcher in Munich, focused on transforming insights into tangible product improvements. The successful candidate will design intuitive and seamless product experiences. They will apply their UX research expertise to measurably enhance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies independently.
• Analyze research results and propose concrete product improvements.
• Coach colleagues on research method selection and efficient study execution.
• Drive the development of Research Operations and overall Research Strategy.
• Develop product evolution ideas with cross-functional teams, from concept to user tests.
• Lead workshops with product management, design, and other stakeholders.

Requirements Snapshot

• Possess at least 3 years of professional UX research experience with successful product implementation.
• Experience in optimizing processes and building Research Operations.
• Proficiency in using modern UXR tools for efficient insight generation.
• Broad methodological competence in applying various research methods.
• Fluent in both German and English.

Expected Impact

Within the first six months, the successful candidate will gain a comprehensive understanding of the product ecosystem, customer needs, and use cases. They will conduct their own studies, delivering valuable insights to various teams, and support product teams in performing independent UX research. Additionally, they will contribute to optimizing UX Research processes and establish strong working relationships with development and product teams, becoming a key stakeholder contact.
