Job Description

SeatGeek believes live events are powerful experiences that unite humans. With our technological savvy and fan-first attitude we’re simplifying and modernizing the ticketing industry.

SeatGeek's user experience team is seeking a senior designer to change live experiences. This person is highly skilled in behavioral design, systems design, and storytelling. They will define strategies, provide end-to-end craft and thought leadership, and partner seamlessly with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and more. This person will connect the dots into a cohesive vision across the various verticals of SeatGeek's business, and evolve our platform to become the best-in-class ticketing platform on the market.

What you’ll do

  • Deeply understand the needs, motivations, and behaviors of fans, sellers, teams, and artists
  • Set direction by creating clear and impactful strategies while also sweating the details through execution and launch
  • Balance speed and quality with a focus on driving impact through both optimizations and 0-1 product development
  • Demonstrate outstanding design skills and a passion for experimentation, data, and systems thinking
  • Collaboratively improve our component systems to ensure consistent, high quality experiences

The salary range for this role is $130,000-$188,000 USD. This role is also equity eligible. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
