Senior UX Designer - Italy

Role Overview

Seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a new design team, responsible for establishing product design strategy and delivering market-leading, high-impact products. This role requires expertise in user-centered design and a passion for learning complex domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion user needs by placing them at the center of a flexible design process to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, goals, and pain points, translating insights into compelling design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define product strategy and ensure seamless execution.
• Create user journeys, sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design solutions.
• Clearly communicate the rationale behind design decisions, explaining the problem solved and the superiority of proposed solutions.
• Contribute to and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
