Role Overview

This role is for a Senior UI Designer to join a new design team, focusing on creating market-leading products with high impact and usability. You will be instrumental in establishing the visual language and design system for complex products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create pixel-perfect visual designs for complex products.
• Deliver visual concepts in early stages and detailed UI designs later on.
• Communicate design rationale, explaining problem-solving and benefits of solutions.
• Collaborate with Brand to create design guidelines and set quality benchmarks.
• Work with other designers on flows, interactions, and aesthetics to enhance team output.
• Collaborate with Engineers to ensure efficient and high-quality builds.

Requirements Snapshot

• Visual design expertise with strong abilities in typography, color, layout, and hierarchy.
• 5+ years of experience in visual design.
• Thorough understanding of how design meets brand and business objectives.
