Job Description

About GlassFlow:

GlassFlow is the data infrastructure for AI agents in production. It has two products: GlassFlow Tares, which feeds agents correlated data from every system they touch, and GlassFlow Rius, which traces and debugs what agents do once they're running.

We’re a Berlin startup with a Silicon Valley mentality, backed with $5.9m from Upfront Ventures, the CEO of GitHub, the ex-CTO of Aiven, and more world-class investors.

The founders are serial entrepreneurs with more +10y of experience in building and selling data products.

Tasks

Your Role

As the first design hire, you'll get to lay the design foundations of GlassFlow. As a product/UX designer you will be bringing the voice of the user to life in product and design by conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes. Your design decisions will directly impact the user experience and overall success of GlassFlow.

You will collaborate directly with our CTO and engineering team and work closely with our lead frontend engineer. You will join a small team solving challenging problems in the field of Data engineering and building a product that will be used by developers across the world.

Requirements

Previous experience that could be helpful

4+ years of experience as a product or UX designer, ideally for a dev tool product

Ability to conduct user testing and knowledge of user research methods

Proficiency in Figma, or comparable prototyping tools

Efficient communicator with experience working with cross-functional teams, including software engineers

Worked in fast-growing environments or early-stage startups
