The role

This UX Designer role focuses on understanding user needs through research to drive product decisions. You will lead the research practice, integrating AI tools to enhance scalability while maintaining human-centered judgment.

What you'll bring

• Three or more years of experience in UX research or design
• Degree in HCI or a related field or equivalent experience
• Expertise in various research methods and problem-solving approaches
• Practical experience using AI tools to support research workflows
• Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and validating ideas
