Senior Service Designer at NECSWS

The role

This role involves delivering end-to-end, evidence-based service designs that are inclusive and accessible for a variety of public and private sector clients. You will lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects while championing user-centered design principles and supporting the growth of the service design practice.

What you'll do

• Create inclusive and accessible end-to-end service designs based on evidence
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex service transformation projects
• Conduct and synthesize user research into actionable design insights
• Facilitate engaging workshops and present strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Provide line management and professional development support to team members
• Support new business efforts by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals

What you'll bring

• Relevant degree or professional experience in service design
• Proficiency in systems thinking and user-centered design methodologies
• Experience in prototyping and bridging the gap between design and delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in complex environments
• Ability to obtain SC clearance and demonstrate right to work in the UK
