Senior Product Designer

About the team

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer, who will lead the design process from discovery to delivery in our Pulse Cluster.

Our focus is on intuitive design and streamlined workflows, balancing visual appeal with functional clarity. We pride ourselves on our creative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to deliver the best user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Create clear, straightforward solutions for complex product and interface challenges.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Manager, Design Lead and development team to create an amazing user experience

• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine and improve design work.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.

• File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly archived.

What makes you the perfect fit

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX and product design across web and mobile platforms.

• Technical Skills: Expert in Figma, with a solid understanding of design systems and UIKit principles.

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data to enhance design.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present and explain project solutions to the team.

• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Will be a plus

• Experience in finance or trading domain

• Familiarity with TradingView as a product

• The ability to understand technical implications in their design decisions

• General understanding of product metrics
