(Senior/Staff) Product Designer at Tacto

The role

You will join a small design team at Tacto to build AI-powered software for manufacturing procurement. Your focus is designing the interface between humans and autonomous agents to make complex AI capabilities feel natural and trustworthy for non-technical users.

What you'll do

• Shape how agentic capabilities surface and communicate progress to users
• Design seamless workflows where AI and human judgment collaborate effectively
• Create tangible prototypes and artifacts for short-horizon product visions
• Maintain high standards for craft and coherence across the entire product
• Implement last-mile polish and interaction tweaks directly in the code
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape new features

What you'll bring

• Senior level experience shipping complex B2B SaaS or data-heavy products
• Proficiency in prototyping with code as part of a regular workflow
• Strong expertise in visual design interaction design and product thinking
• Regular use of AI tools to leverage and accelerate your design process
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create new patterns for AI interactions
