The role

As a Senior UX Designer for Innovation at zooplus, you will work at the intersection of user insights, product strategy, and technology to define future product directions. You will collaborate with leadership to explore unmapped opportunities and translate complex signals into actionable strategic narratives for the business.

What you'll do

• Lead greenfield design exploration to define new problem spaces and business opportunities
• Synthesize user research and market trends into strategic narratives for senior stakeholders
• Develop future-state concepts and design provocations to guide product and engineering teams
• Run structured discovery sprints and speculative concept development to test nascent ideas
• Utilize foresight methods like horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate future needs
• Create strategic artifacts such as opportunity maps and experience principles to make ideas tangible

What you'll bring

• Four to six years of experience in UX or product design with a focus on strategy
• Proven ability to operate effectively within ambiguous and undefined problem spaces
• Experience leading discovery sprints and design exploration processes
• Strong systems thinking skills to connect disparate data points into coherent viewpoints
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for communicating abstract concepts to leadership
