About the Team:

Product Designers at Smartly are at the forefront of our fast-paced product development process, playing an integral role in the product development cycle. Collaborating with Product Managers, we identify key areas for improvement and strategize development plans. Our team conducts discovery and research interviews with the industry's leading advertisers. Within the design team we design cutting edge AI powered experiences and maintain and enhance our design system to ensure rapid development cycles while maintaining high output quality. We work closely with PM’s and developers and distill the needs into mental models that help our customers achieve their goals. 

Your role is to shape the product experience to best meet our customers’ needs. As the Senior Product Designer, you will work on the design of our Smartly platform ensuring a cohesive and high-quality user experience across different products.

As a Senior Product Designer, You Will:

• Design products and features that are intuitive to discover and easy to learn, delivering early value to customers.
• Develop and iterate on a seamless UI/UX.
• Interact directly with our customers to validate your design solutions.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Developers, Product Managers, and other Designers to build and scale our design systems.
• Deliver a great, end-to-end user experience for all customers, from tech-savvy power users to less advanced, small-scale operators.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, helping them grow and thrive in their roles.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product design, ready to take on a senior role with an opportunity to grow into a lead designer.
• Confidence in leading the design process end-to-end, from collecting product requirements to prototyping, delivering high-fidelity designs, and collaborating closely with engineers to implement solutions.
• Passion for the entire product discovery process, including UX research, customer interviews, and close collaboration with product managers to define the product's future.
• Experience in Marketing Tech or AdTech domains.
• Energetic and team-spirited, with a big appetite for growth and empowerment.
• Previous experience in front-end development or vibe coding is beneficial.
• Ability and willingness to work from our Helsinki office at least three days per week.
