Senior Product Designer (all genders) at Shiftmove

The role

As a Senior Product Designer in Aix-en-Provence, you will serve as a founding designer for the French market products Optimum and Ocean. You will lead the transition from legacy waterfall processes to modern product-led thinking while establishing foundational design standards.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle product design from initial problem framing to final delivery
• Establish foundational design workflows and tools for engineering and product teams
• Conduct end-to-end qualitative user research and synthesize insights from French users
• Drive the long-term strategic vision for geo-focused products to maintain competitiveness
• Educate cross-functional teams to transition from sales-driven to product-led approaches
• Coordinate with the global design organization to align local products with ecosystem standards

What you'll bring

• Strong expertise in user-centered B2B design and complex system thinking
• Proven experience building or scaling design practices in ambiguous environments
• At least six months of experience conducting qualitative user research and synthesis
• Ability to guide legacy engineering teams through agile and product-led transitions
• Minimum C1 level proficiency in both English and French languages
