Senior Product Designer (all genders) at Shiftmove

The role

As a Senior Product Designer at Shiftmove, you will shape and scale product design practices for the French Geo products, Optimum and Ocean. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive B2B solutions that enable data-driven decisions for mobility operations.

• Lead the end-to-end design process from problem framing to final delivery
• Conduct user research and analyze data to identify customer pain points
• Establish new design processes and tools to raise organizational design maturity
• Champion a transition from sales-driven to product-led design methodologies
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure technical and business alignment
• Align French product designs with global company principles and standards
