Senior Product Designer (f/m/d) at Shiftmove

The role

This role is for a Senior Product Designer at Shiftmove, focusing on the Avrios (Fleet Management) team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design features that enable data-driven decisions and efficient operations for B2B customers. The position requires balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and user experience to deliver impactful solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead the end-to-end design process from problem framing to delivering scalable solutions.
• Conduct user research and analyze insights to identify pain points and improve products.
• Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex workflows like fleet management.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure product consistency and quality.
• Create pragmatic and innovative solutions balancing user needs with technical and business constraints.
• Build strong internal relationships to champion user-driven changes and secure executive alignment.
