The role

This Product Designer role focuses on transforming ambiguous concepts into polished digital interfaces across diverse industries like HR and Logistics. You will work closely with a Design BA to lead discovery, research, and visual execution in a fast-paced, startup-minded environment.

What you'll do

• Participate in presales activities to shape proposals and visualize concepts for prospective clients
• Lead discovery and research phases to define UX architecture before requirements are finalized
• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using advanced Figma features and design systems
• Conduct usability testing and customer development interviews to validate design hypotheses
• Collaborate with development teams and present design decisions directly to client stakeholders
• Propose alternative solutions and continuously find ways to improve the product experience

What you'll bring

• Advanced proficiency in Figma including components, auto-layouts, and design systems
• Strong knowledge of mobile-first design patterns for both iOS and Android platforms
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and human-centered design methodologies
• AI-forward mindset with the ability to integrate AI tools into the design workflow
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher for active client-facing communication
