Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our Design Team and contribute to the development of a large-scale audit and inspection platform used by global clients. 

This role is for a Product Design Leader who likes ownership, complexity, and impact. Someone who can think in systems, guide product direction, work closely with product and engineering, and turn complicated processes into something people can actually use in the field. 

If you enjoy solving hard problems, designing for real constraints, and building a platform that directly affects how global businesses operate, this is that kind of product. 
 

Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in enterprise or SaaS products 
  • Experience designing complex applications with data-heavy interfaces and workflow-driven logic 
  • Strong experience working directly with clients and stakeholders 
  • Good understanding of technical constraints, including backend logic, workflows, and system rules 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and Business System Analysts 
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems 
  • Structured, self-organized approach to work 
  • Knowledge of accessibility principles 
  • Good level of spoken and written English (At least Upper-Intermediate, all of our clients speak English, and our designers often participate in conversations) 

Nice-to-Haves 

  • Experience in audit, inspection, or compliance-related domains 
  • Previous experience mentoring or leading designers 
  • Background in enterprise web and mobile products
