Get to Know the Team

You will join a growing team dedicated to enabling Grab to become a safe and secure platform that promotes sustainable business growth and earns the trust of its users across the platform. The group focuses on ensuring safety, minimizing fraud and abuse, building a trustworthy platform, protecting data integrity, and enabling compliance. Additionally, the team is dedicated to creating legally compliant, safe, and trustworthy user-generated content, and developing solutions that leverage Grab's strengths for clients.

Get to Know the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will focus on crafting intuitive, user-centric experiences for internal and enterprise web tools as well as mobile applications. You will partner closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate complex workflows and requirements into simple, effective solutions. You will collaborate day-to-day with other designers and cross-functional partners, report to the Design Manager, and work onsite at the Grab Singapore office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Demonstrate strong design thinking and craft across visual, interaction, content, and information architecture design for internal and enterprise tools.
• Translate problem statements and data insights into user journeys, flows, and prototypes that solve real customer and operational needs.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business teams to scope problems, explore solution spaces, and iterate based on feedback and experiment outcomes.
• Contribute to product and design decisions with a holistic, customer-centric perspective, grounding recommendations in research and data.
• Contribute to and maintain the design system by creating, documenting, and refining components and patterns for your product areas.
• Conduct and facilitate design activities (e.g., workshops, critiques, reviews, usability tests) to align stakeholders and improve solution quality.
• Share work regularly, participate in design critiques, and help raise the bar for design craft and processes across the team.
• Provide informal guidance and feedback to other designers on design quality and craft, while continuing to deepen your own expertise.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Provide a portfolio of your recent design work in English, showcasing your contribution and the impact of your projects. We recommend you provide clear context, outline your end-to-end workflow, and demonstrate how you go from problem discovery to launch.
• Minimum of 4+ years of direct experience in product design.
• Excellent understanding of user experience design for web, mobile, or touch devices, with working knowledge of common mobile/web and front-end web development.
• Good eye for visual design with hands-on experience in user interface design, producing consistent and high-quality work.
• Ability to define problems, design, validate, and deliver user experiences that solve complex issues.
• Experience in service design, conducting user research, and translating findings into product features or improvements.
• Proficiency with current design tools like Figma and ProtoPie, with the ability to prototype and demonstrate design concepts to stakeholders.
