Our Cloud ERP brings complex processes such as accounting, banking, and property management into one intuitive platform. As our product continues to grow, great design plays a key role in turning this complexity into simple and efficient user experiences.
As a Senior Product Designer, you take ownership of key areas of our core product and shape experiences that property managers rely on every day. Working closely with our Head of Design, Product Owners, and Engineers, you turn complex workflows into intuitive solutions and drive design topics hands-on from the initial problem to the shipped feature.

Own and drive product design across key areas of our core platform, from problem discovery to final implementationTranslate complex, data-heavy workflows into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiencesDevelop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs that clearly communicate your solutionsWork closely with Product and Engineering to turn concepts into technically feasible, shippable featuresContribute to and continuously improve our design system, including reusable components, patterns, and documentationUse customer insights, product context, and feedback to challenge assumptions and continuously improve existing experiencesSupport other designers by sharing expertise, providing feedback, and helping strengthen design quality across the team
Dein Profil
You bring 7–9 years of hands-on Product Design experience, ideally with SaaS productsYou have experience designing complex, data-heavy products such as ERP systems, business software, or comparable applicationsYou combine strong UX thinking with excellent UI skills and experience working with scalable design systemsYou are highly proficient in Figma and comfortable using modern AI and prototyping tools to accelerate your design processYou understand front-end development constraints and enjoy collaborating closely with engineers to bring designs into productionYou take ownership of complex problems and confidently drive them from initial exploration through to a high-quality solutionYou communicate confidently in both German and English and enjoy working in an international, cross-functional environment
