Datadog is seeking a Senior Staff Visual Product Designer to lead the definition and implementation of a new visual direction for its technical platform. This hands-on leadership role focuses on rethinking hierarchy and interaction patterns to make complex data-dense experiences clearer and more cohesive.

• Co-develop the next visual direction by testing it across representative product journeys
• Translate visual principles into concrete decisions regarding hierarchy and information architecture

• Maintain a high visual quality bar across the organization and align teams around it
• Prototype and refine new design patterns before they are integrated into the system
