Your Mission

As a Senior Product Designer for Website, you will be fundamental in shaping the future of financial independence for millions of customers. At Bitpanda, we’re removing the barriers to access new opportunities for wealth generation, and you’ll shape how millions of potential customers experience Bitpanda before they interact with our products and services. Our websites are the front door to the brand - playing a critical role in user acquisition, activation, and conversion.

You will own the experience design of multiple customer-facing websites and initiatives, from B2C product landing pages supporting bitpanda.com, marketing and campaign websites, to B2B sub-pages extending our services and beyond. Your mission is to craft intuitive, impactful, and delightful solutions ensuring consistency, clarity, and delivering measurable business outcomes in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Create and deliver engaging, user-centric full-responsive websites that effectively communicate value propositions, guide users through complex financial concepts, and drive them to convert.
• Own website-related projects and initiatives from start to finish, including running design sprints and collaboration sessions to understand and explore customer problems, sketching, wireframing, low and high fidelity prototyping, user testing, and leading stakeholder reviews.
• Collaborate with product marketing managers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn user insights and business needs into hypotheses and products that drive balanced business value through a process of rapid exploration, definition, and validation.
• Mentor your peers and act as a proactive voice for user experience, helping our team to work together efficiently and ensure a high level of maturity.
• Help other disciplines understand the business value of design by shipping experiences that are measurable towards Bitpanda's vision and strategy

Who You Are

• You bring a versatile set of product design skills (product, interaction and visual design) and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where you can handle multiple projects with minimal direction.
• You have 5+ years of experience designing customer-facing websites and landing pages in cross-functional teams – ideally in fintech, crypto, or other complex domains – utilizing tools like Figma, Miro, and JIRA, and modern design systems and processes.
• You’re passionate about crypto and financial products, with a strong interest in how design, content, and layout influence user behavior. You have extensive experience leveraging analytics and user insights to optimize funnels and landing pages to improve performance.
• You are comfortable leading design and can collaborate seamlessly with multiple set of stakeholders and peers to define project goals, timelines, constraints, and priorities.

• You’re fluent in English (German is a plus) and excel at cross-team collaboration.
