Role Overview

This is a special recruitment track for senior product designers with over seven years of experience who want to skip the traditional portfolio process. The role focuses on leading product design initiatives and enhancing global user experiences through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute product design tasks aligned with studio roadmaps and squad initiatives
• Set UX improvement directions based on user research and data analysis
• Lead the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to solution
• Manage UX/UI design and visual quality for global service expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs and developers to achieve business KPIs
• Participate in the continuous improvement and management of the design system
