Strategy and Research

  • Lead end-to-end UX activities from framing the problem space to delivering production-ready designs.
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders through clear communication, structured decision-making, and evidence-based recommendations.
  • Plan and run discovery workshops with clients and internal teams to uncover requirements, understand context, and define product vision.
  • Synthesise research insights into actionable artefacts (personas, journey maps, opportunity areas, value propositions).
  • Perform comprehensive UX audits on existing products to identify usability issues, gaps, and improvement opportunities and produce structured audit reports and recommendations

Design Execution

  • Create user flows, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Apply and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency across products.
  • Contribute to the evolution of client or internal design systems.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design system standards.

Collaboration and Consultancy

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, articulating design rationale and guiding decision-making.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to capability building within the UX Discipline.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as scoping, estimations, and proposal inputs where UX expertise is required.
