Job Description
At Experian, we believe data has the power to create positive change. TenderLink, our online marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers across Australia and New Zealand, is undergoing a major modernisation and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape its future.

- Translate insights into clear, applicable product design requirements
- Create intuitive, accessible UX and UI designs using Figma and established design systems
- Partner with product and engineering to deliver iterative improvements in an Agile environment
- Advocate for design thinking and uplifting design maturity across the team
Qualifications
What you'll bring
- 5–7 years of product design experience (or equivalent)
- A portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in Figma, design systems and component libraries
- Experience working within Agile, cross‑functional teams
- Skills across user‑centred design methods such as journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing and insight synthesis
- A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm for experimentation, iteration and emerging tools, including AI‑enhanced design practices
