Role Overview

Binance is seeking a Senior Motion Designer to elevate short-form paid and social video content for the world’s leading cryptocurrency platform. You will join the Global Creative Team to develop high-impact campaigns that communicate innovation and trust to over 300 million users.

Key Responsibilities

• Animate short-form videos for social channels including Meta, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok
• Edit user-generated content and motion graphics in trend-driven formats
• Collaborate with brand and paid teams to ensure visual continuity across marketing projects
• Analyze competitor ads and social trends to stay ahead of global creative patterns
• Apply a data-informed approach to iterate on creative performance metrics
• Lead and upskill junior motion designers while leveraging AI tools for production

Requirements Snapshot

• Five or more years of experience in motion design with a focus on marketing
• Exceptional proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and CapCut
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic creative thinking across multiple digital channels
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms such as Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs
• Deep understanding of paid media algorithms and hook-driven storytelling frameworks
