ABOUT US:
Our iGaming team designs, develops, and delivers high-quality casino games enjoyed by players around the world. From concept to launch, we focus on creating engaging, visually rich, and technically robust gaming experiences across multiple platforms.
Based in our Bremen or Vienna office, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with experienced engineers, designers, and product leaders, contribute to key technical and creative decisions, and directly impact the evolution of our growing games portfolio.

THE CHALLENGE:

ABOUT YOU:

  • 5+ years of experience in game design (preferably with iGaming, real-money gaming).
  • Proven track record of shipped titles.
  • Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops.
  • Experience working with KPIs (retention, monetization, LTV, conversion).
  • Solid knowledge of RTP, volatility models, and math-driven design principles.
  • Experience writing clear and structured GDDs.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience designing live betting products, slot games or live casino products.
  • Familiarity with regulated markets and certification processes.
  • Experience with A/B testing and live game optimization.
  • Basic understanding of game engines (e.g. pixi.js, 2D engine).
  • Passion for Sports industry.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
