After successfully winning multiple city-shaping projects across the country, we are looking for a talented Senior Designer/Architect to join our Sydney studio, working on a range of major city-shaping projects and contributing to our long-term growth.

Reporting to the Regional Director and supporting the Australian Design Director you will work on billable projects within our practice, supporting business critical proposals and marketing efforts.  You will be working with a local team of professionals delivering innovative and high quality design solutions to our clients with the support of a team of international experts.

An integral member of our Sydney team, you will be part of a company working on projects of all scales and typologies. From cultural projects and universities to masterplans and headquarters, you will join an organisation with a creative design culture and long history of delivering award-winning, human-centric architecture.

We are looking for an experienced designer who is passionate about innovative, high-quality architecture across both conceptual and detailed resolution. The successful candidate will lead and contribute to competition entries, feasibility studies, and early design development, translating strategic project ambitions into sustainable and impactful architectural outcomes.

Your primary focus will be at the front end of projects, shaping and communicating clear design narratives while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams across our global network.

Qualifications

This position is suited to a motivated architect or senior designer with strong conceptual capability and proven experience in competitions and early-phase project development. The successful candidate will lead and contribute to competition entries, feasibility studies, and early design development, translating strategic project ambitions into sustainable and impactful architectural outcomes.

Proven experience in technical development and delivery of projects will be seen as an added advantage.

Required Experience and Skills:

•    Minimum 5 years post-graduate professional experience in architecture

•    Demonstrated experience delivering competition and early-stage design projects

•    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills

•    Strong conceptual and technical design skills, with the ability to produce design options both independently and collaboratively

•    Strong conceptual and spatial design ability

•    Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Revit, Enscape and Adobe

•    Ability to communicate ideas clearly through drawing, 3D modelling and verbal presentation

•    Strong understanding of Australian planning frameworks and statutory processes

•    Experience integrating environmental and sustainability strategies into early design phases
