Key Responsibilities

• Craft performance-focused content that integrates visual identity and voice to exceed client KPIs.
• Concept and produce content including writing copy and editing within a lean team structure.
• Monitor emerging social trends to ensure brand narratives remain relevant and innovative.
• Manage rigorous post-production processes including video edits and quality assurance checks.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight schedules and iterative feedback loops.
• Direct AI-assisted projects and establish efficient workflows for generative image and video production.

Requirements Snapshot

• Five to six years of experience creating paid and organic social media content.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
• Strong digital design portfolio featuring both static and motion assets for ad campaigns.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI platforms for commercial image and video production.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week in the Bogota office.
