The role

Vivaldi, a leading global strategy consultancy for marketing, growth, and innovation, is seeking a (Senior) Designer for its Munich team. This role involves co-creating and independently developing high-quality brand and corporate design systems. The designer will help shape the next generation of brands and companies with impactful, implementable results.

What you'll do

• Co-create and develop high-quality brand and corporate design systems.
• Develop look and feel concepts, design routes, and visual guidelines.
• Design consistent brand experiences across print, digital, social, and motion.
• Guide the entire design process from strategic derivation to implementation.
• Create and quality-check layouts and graphic elements to technical specifications.
• Collaborate closely with strategy, text, conception, and UX colleagues.

What you'll bring

• 3-7 years of professional experience in Brand Design, Digital Design, or Creative Direction.
• Proven experience working with international brands and complex design systems.
• Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, and Miro.
• Expertise in corporate design, visual brand development, digital service design, and UX fundamentals.
• Strong conceptual skills and ability to visually translate strategic content.
