Senior Project Manager - WorkplaceX Design & Build

Role Overview

This Senior Project Manager joins the Workplace Experience team to lead the full project lifecycle of global office transformations. You will be responsible for delivering inspiring and frictionless workplaces that enable employees to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering to final delivery
• Own the project scope schedule and budget for all assigned office transformations
• Identify and address project risks including logistical issues and technical constraints
• Supervise on-site construction performance and monitor critical path schedules
• Coordinate building installations including structural MEP and AV systems
• Lead stakeholder meetings and manage vendor procurement processes

Requirements Snapshot

• At least five years of experience in office transformation project management
• Bachelor degree in Architecture Planning Engineering or Construction Management
• Proficiency with architectural drawings and project management software tools
• Experience working globally with knowledge of international building systems
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
