This position is based in Rennes, France or In London, UK or Munich Or in Berlin , Germany .

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to lead the execution and evolution of IDnow’s brand across product marketing, campaigns, and events, while collaborating closely with Product Design to support product-led storytelling and customer-facing experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual design for product marketing initiatives, campaigns, trade shows, and events.
• Create assets for product launches, sales enablement, presentations, and newsletters.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling visual stories.

• Own and evolve IDnow’s Figma-based design system.
• Build reusable templates using auto-layout and scalable component structures.
• Enable teams to self-serve while maintaining strong brand consistency.

• Design and maintain visual assets for the IDnow website (WordPress).
• Create micro-animations and motion elements.
• Collaborate with developers and external agencies on continuous improvements.

• Design across web, social, presentations, campaigns, environmental graphics, interactive prototypes, and digital experiences.
• Drive visual storytelling that communicates complex product and brand narratives effectively.

• Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to align design outcomes with strategic goals.
• Lead design reviews, manage feedback loops, and uphold a high bar for craft across all outputs.
• Mentor and guide mid/junior designers where applicable.

Preferred Experience

• Strong Figma skills (design systems, components, templates).
• WordPress experience.

• Experience working closely with Product teams.
• if you can speak German, that's a plus

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
• Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
• High autonomy with a proactive, ownership mindset.
