Highsnobiety is looking for a Senior Designer to join the Creative team in Berlin, working across a diverse range of client, agency, and brand projects. This role is for a designer who is conceptually strong, visually confident, and able to take ownership of projects from idea through execution.
You will report to the VP Creative, Design, and play a key role in shaping creative output across multiple work streams. You will be expected to contribute strategically, elevate visual quality, and mentor more junior designers while remaining hands on in design execution.
Your Mission
Lead design projects across client and agency work, with occasional support of brand initiativesTranslate creative strategy and briefs into strong visual concepts and systemsOwn layout, typography, and visual language development across platforms and formatsDesign and oversee execution across digital, print, motion, spatial, and experiential outputs as required by the projectContribute to client facing presentations and visual storytellingCollaborate closely with creative direction, strategy, production, and project managementEnsure a high level of craft, consistency, and clarity across all deliverablesProvide guidance, feedback, and informal mentorship to junior designersIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and creative quality
Your Skills
5+ years of experience in a design role, ideally within an agency or fast paced creative environmentStrong conceptual thinking paired with excellent executionAdvanced skills in layout and typographyHigh proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaMotion skills are a strong plusConfidence presenting and explaining design decisions internallyAbility to balance creative ambition with practical constraintsAgency experience preferred
