Senior User Experience Designer (Hybrid) at Enova International

The role

As a Senior UX Designer at Enova Studios, you will design financial product experiences for business owners and consumers by combining research, design, and strategic thinking. You will partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and leverage AI to advance the research and design process.

What you'll do

• Lead end to end research studies to uncover actionable customer insights
• Translate complex requirements into high fidelity Figma prototypes and wireframes
• Integrate generative AI tools to improve quality and efficiency across workflows
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence design decisions
• Apply and evolve established design systems while meeting compliance requirements
• Define success metrics and use performance data to improve user experiences

What you'll bring

• Six or more years of professional UX design experience
• Advanced skills in qualitative and quantitative research and synthesis
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working within complex design systems
• Demonstrated experience applying generative AI to research and design tasks
• Background in financial services or another highly regulated industry
