🔥 We’re Hiring: Senior Streetwear DesignerFor an exciting opportunity with Stay Cold Apparel, we’re looking for a highly creative Senior Streetwear Designer to join a growing international fashion brand.This is a role for someone who doesn’t just understand streetwear — you genuinely live and breathe the culture.🖤 About the brandStay Cold Apparel is an alternative fashion brand inspired by tattoo culture, gothic aesthetics, punk, rock, skate and dark streetwear.The creative team develops multiple limited product drops every week, combining strong visual identities with commercially relevant apparel design.🎨 What you’ll do• Lead the creative direction of graphics and collections, from concept to production-ready artwork• Research trends across fashion, music, art and alternative subcultures• Develop apparel graphics, mockups, color separations and print specifications• Prepare technically accurate artwork for different printing techniques and fabrics• Collaborate directly with the design team, marketing and founders• Develop new creative directions while maintaining the brand’s visual identity• Use sales data, marketing insights and community feedback to inform product design• Work at a fast pace, delivering designs for 3–4 product drops per week✨ What we’re looking for• 2–5+ years of experience in streetwear / apparel design• A strong, distinctive and recognizable portfolio• Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop• Strong understanding of apparel production, printing techniques, fabrics and trims• Experience creating production-ready artwork• Excellent understanding of emerging trends and their commercial potential• Ability to work independently, quickly and reliably in a fully remote environment• Fluent English🖤 We’re especially interested in designers with a genuine connection to:Goth · Tattoo · Dark Streetwear · Punk · Skate · Emo · Heavy Music · Metal · Alternative Fashion · Heavy Graphic ApparelExperience with all-over prints, textile design or patterns is a plus.🚫 Please note: this role is not suited to profiles focused exclusively on high fashion, Fashion Week, fast fashion or general graphic design without a strong streetwear/apparel portfolio.🌎 What we offer• 100% remote work• Full-time, permanent position• €50,000–€90,000 annual base salary, depending on experience and portfolio• Performance bonuses linked to product success• High level of creative autonomy• Direct collaboration with the founders and Head of Design• Opportunity to have a real creative impact on the future of the brand• Professional development and training opportunities• Minimum 24 vacation days📩 Interested?Send us your CV + complete visual portfolio.
