Senior Experience Designer

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Design polished, immersive UI that feels polished, high quality and considered.
Elevate standard user flows through strong visual craft.
Produce prototypes that clearly communicate motion, transitions and micro-interactions.
Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma to ensure consistency across large products.
Design for multiple states and edge cases.
Apply iOS and Android standards, balancing native patterns with purposeful custom UI.
Ensure the experience translates across mobile, mobile web and desktop.
Design with accessibility in mind.

QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS

Portfolio demonstrating high-craft, game-like UI and premium moments of celebration.
Strong prototyping and motion skills such as Rive, Lottie and/or After Effects preferred.
Advanced capability building structured component libraries in Figma.
Deep understanding of iOS and Android UI patterns.
Clear focus on usability and accessibility in visually complex interfaces.
