Summary:
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented UI UX Designer to join SiiRA’s product and design team. This role will focus primarily on supporting the user experience and interface design needs of our digital products, including app screens, user flows, wireframes, UI concepts, interaction states, product visuals, landing page assets, product screenshots and animations, design templates, and occasional client-facing decks.

About the role:
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a practical understanding of user experience, product flows, and interface behavior. They should be able to think through how users move across screens, how information is structured, and how each design decision supports a clearer, smoother product experience. This role is best suited for someone who can support the design of user journeys, screen structures, flows, empty states, error states, onboarding moments, profile experiences, dashboards, forms, and other product touchpoints. The candidate should be comfortable working closely with product managers and developers, improving existing product designs, maintaining SiiRA’s visual identity, and using modern AI design tools to speed up UX exploration, interface concepts, and asset production.
Responsibilities
Design app screens, wireframes, UI mockups, user flows, product visuals, and digital assets that support SiiRA’s web and mobile product experiences.Work closely with the Product team to translate feature requirements, product ideas, user stories, and business needs into clear, practical, and user-friendly design solutions.Support the design of end-to-end user journeys across key product areas, including onboarding, profile completion, role discovery, application flows, notifications, dashboards, forms, and internal workflows.Define screen structures, page layouts, navigation patterns, interaction states, empty states, loading states, error states, confirmation states, and success states to create a smoother product experience.Prepare clickable prototypes, flow references, and design explorations in Figma to help validate product direction before development.Improve existing product screens by identifying usability gaps, simplifying layouts, improving information hierarchy, and making user actions clearer.Support developers by preparing design-ready screens, UI assets, icons, components, annotations, interaction notes, and visual references needed for implementation.Maintain and improve SiiRA’s visual identity across product screens, in-app messages, notification graphics, website visuals, internal templates, and client-facing materials.Create lightweight graphics for in-app messages, push notifications, profile updates, user engagement campaigns, and other product communication touchpoints.Design and maintain reusable product design templates, components, screenshots, presentation layouts, internal documents, client decks, pitch materials, and business update materials.Support occasional landing page visuals, pitch decks, product mockups, and client-facing presentations when needed.Work with existing design files and handover material, including legacy Adobe XD files, while helping organize, clean up, and improve design workflows in Figma.Use AI design tools to accelerate UX exploration, generate interface concepts, create design variations, support visual asset production, and improve design efficiency.Create simple short-form visual assets or lightweight animations when needed, especially when they support product communication or user engagement.Ensure all design outputs are consistent, visually clean, easy to understand, and aligned with SiiRA’s brand guidelines, product direction, and user experience standards.Participate in product discussions, design reviews, and periodic leadership check-ins to align on priorities, feedback, user needs, and product design direction.Manage multiple design requests at the same time while maintaining strong attention to detail, clear communication, and reliable delivery timelines.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in graphic design, UI design, UX design, product design support, digital design, or a similar product-focused creative role.Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work, including app screens, wireframes, UI concepts, user flows, prototypes, product visuals, or web and mobile interface designs.Strong proficiency in Figma, including layouts, components, reusable design elements, prototyping, file organization, collaboration, and developer handoff.Strong understanding of UX design basics, including user flows, information hierarchy, usability, navigation, interaction states, accessibility considerations, and responsive design principles.Experience designing for web and mobile products, including screens, flows, forms, dashboards, profiles, onboarding experiences, icons, graphics, and reusable UI elements.Ability to understand product requirements and convert them into simple, polished, and user-friendly visual experiences.Ability to read product analytics (funnels, drop-offs, engagement) and translate insights into UI/UX improvements that reduce friction.Good understanding of product design fundamentals, including visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, color systems, component consistency, and layout structure.Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for creating, editing, and preparing visual assets.Familiarity with Adobe XD and the ability to work from existing or legacy Adobe XD files and handover material.Experience preparing design files, annotations, interaction notes, and visual specifications that developers can easily understand and implement.Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate directly with product managers, developers, and leadership.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across different product areas, formats, platforms, and use cases.Experience using AI design tools such as Claude Design, Google Stitch, Figma AI, Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools to support concept generation, UX exploration, UI ideation, and creative production.Ability to create simple short-form visual assets or lightweight motion assets when needed.Comfortable working independently, receiving feedback, iterating quickly, and balancing user experience quality with practical delivery timelines.
