The opportunity

• Understand and balance business objectives, client needs, insights and technical constraints to create meaningful and impactful designs.

• Identify pain points, gaps, opportunities for improvements—then pro-actively drive change.

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Support and other stakeholders, taking designs from exploration and prototyping to production.

• Harness data to drive and support strategy and design decisions.

• Stay up to date with developments among competitors and in the wider DeFi, TradFi and design fields.

Skills you should HODL

• 7+ years of proven experience delivering end-to-end product design, with a portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile app work.

• Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to take on challenging problems and deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.

• Advanced skills in prototyping and validating concepts, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.

• Comfortable taking ownership of high impact features or projects while collaborating closely with peers and cross-functional partners.

• Curious, open-minded, eager to learn from feedback and iterate on designs.

• Data-informed approach to design decisions, balancing user insights, business needs, and technical feasibility.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and align with stakeholders.

• Strong familiarity with human-centered design principles and research methods, and a willingness to apply them to improve outcomes.

• Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently to both peers and non-design audiences.

• Experience in designing trading products, interest in crypto are a strong plus.
