Staff Product Designer, New Programs at Hinge Health

The role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape and launch new digital care program experiences as Hinge Health expands into new condition categories. You will work within ambiguous problem spaces to define, validate, and design thoughtful end-to-end member journeys from concept to execution.

What you'll do

• Shape 0 to 1 program experiences by turning ambiguous opportunities into clear product directions.
• Lead discovery and validation work to identify unmet member needs and prototype lean solutions.
• Design high-quality end-to-end flows from initial concepts through final product launch.
• Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to build alignment and move priorities forward.
• Synthesize user needs and clinical context into clear hypotheses and design decisions.
• Contribute scalable patterns and design principles to ensure cohesion across the product ecosystem.

What you'll bring

• A portfolio demonstrating high-impact product work and strong design craft.
• At least 5 years of professional product design experience.
• Bachelor degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven ability to lead ambiguous problem spaces and translate goals into product directions.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills for simplifying complex user flows.
