Staff Product Designer at Harvey

The role

As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead the design of end-to-end product experiences from ideation to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces that help users understand and guide AI outputs.

• Lead the design of end-to-end product experiences from concept to execution
• Collaborate with product managers and AI researchers to translate objectives into designs
• Shape and refine the design system to ensure a cohesive visual language
• Conduct user research to uncover pain points and inform design decisions
• Develop prototypes to validate new features and workflows
• Promote and develop best practices for designing with AI

What you'll bring

• Eight or more years of experience designing products in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to transform complex challenges into intuitive user experiences
• Deep understanding of design systems and interaction design craft
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design rationale
