The role

As a Staff Product Designer at Harvey, you will lead multiple projects from ideation to launch, creating intuitive solutions for complex problems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI meaningfully into user interfaces, ensuring users can understand, trust, and guide AI outputs.

• Lead end-to-end product experience design from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers on user-centered designs.
• Shape and refine the design system for a cohesive visual language.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and uncover opportunities.
• Develop prototypes to validate new features, workflows, and interactions.
• Champion a high design bar and promote best practices for designing with AI.

What you'll bring

• 8+ years of product design experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to transform complex challenges into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Strong understanding of design systems and visual/interaction design craft.
• Experience conducting user research and applying insights.
