This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer based in Germany.
You will join a fast-moving, globally distributed product environment focused on building large-scale social discovery experiences used by millions of people worldwide.
The role sits at the intersection of product thinking, user experience, and visual design, with a strong emphasis on measurable impact.
You will shape and evolve end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web platforms.
The environment is highly collaborative, data-informed, and driven by continuous experimentation and iteration.
You will contribute directly to design systems, product decisions, and user research initiatives.
This is a hands-on senior role where ownership spans from early ideation through to validated product outcomes.
Accountabilities
Design, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems across iOS, Android, and mobile web, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.Create high-fidelity prototypes and clearly communicate micro-interactions and user flows to cross-functional teams.Conduct and participate in user research activities including interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to shape product direction using UX insights and performance metrics.Own the full design lifecycle from concept development through execution and iteration based on user and business impact.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 2+ years in product-focused companies (startup experience is a plus).Proven portfolio demonstrating real product impact, including redesigns, experimentation (A/B testing), and measurable results.Strong experience designing for B2C digital products in a senior or product designer capacity.Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher), both written and verbal.
