OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior UX / UI Designer to join an international product team delivering enterprise software solutions within the industrial and energy sector.The successful candidate will play a key role in designing modern, scalable, and user-friendly applications used by operational and maintenance teams globally. The role focuses heavily on UI design, design systems, and collaboration within agile software development teams.You will work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and fellow Designers to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across desktop and mobile applications.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces for enterprise applicationsProduce wireframes, mockups, concepts, and detailed UI designsWork closely with product and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycleExpand and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI componentsDocument design requirements and component behaviour for development teamsEnsure consistency across desktop and mobile experiencesContribute to user-centered design decisions and challenge existing solutions where appropriateParticipate in agile ceremonies and collaborative product discussions

Required Skills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience in UX/UI or Product Design rolesExpertise in designing user-centered interfaces and workflowsAdvanced hands-on experience with FigmaExperience building and maintaining design systemsStrong understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principlesExperience collaborating with developers and product stakeholders in agile environmentsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred BackgroundDegree in Design, IT, Human Factors, HCI, or related disciplineExperience working on enterprise software or SaaS platformsExperience designing for both desktop and mobile applicationsPrevious experience working within distributed international teams
