About Wizz

Our consumer apps teams are at the forefront of crafting innovative and engaging apps for daily enjoyment. Our ambition extends beyond gaming to entertain a global audience. Millions of people around the world, especially in the US, download and use the apps we create.

You'll be working on Wizz, a social app specifically designed for teens, boasting over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK. Wizz is a friend-finding and chat app where young people can safely express themselves and connect with like-minded peers in an authentic, pressure-free environment.

Unlike other social media platforms that focus on followers, posts, or passive consumption, Wizz offers young people a space to have safe and meaningful 1:1 conversations with peers.

We operate at the intersection of data science, design, engineering, and operations, working in synergy without silos. Each team member plays a key role and has a direct impact on Wizz's success, with strong autonomy to identify opportunities, propose innovative solutions, oversee their implementation, and evaluate the results. Role

• Collaborating closely with research, data, product, and engineering to define problems, identify opportunities, and improve existing products or introduce new features.

• Identifying key issues and proposing pragmatic solutions with an estimation of the business impact.

• Leading co-creative workshops (ideation, design reviews, design critiques, etc.) to generate ideas and refine solutions.

• Imagining, building, measuring, and iterating on solutions to have an impact with the product teams.

• Participating in the prioritization of product initiatives to align efforts with business objectives.

• Identifying key metrics to improve with your solutions and taking responsibility for their success.

• Fostering strong engagement, high performance, and involvement from product teams to collectively design high-quality solutions that meet best-in-class standards.

Profile

• High-level skills in at least two of the following areas: UX design, interaction design, information architecture, and UI design.

• You understand the desires and expectations of Gen Z users, and you love digging deep to understand their needs in detail.

• You are autonomous, results-driven, and able to propose solutions with a strong business impact.

• You enjoy designing captivating features while maintaining a pragmatic focus on business impact.

• You view feedback as a way to grow, and you enjoy both giving and receiving it.

• You’re fluent in French & English
