Brainstorm ideas with stakeholders and help define early feature conceptsExpress your design vision via wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and functional prototypes if necessaryPresent and explain the rationale behind your design decisions on regular peer design review sessions. Collect feedback and quickly iterate.Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure that your designs are accurately implemented according to Trading 212's standards of qualityBase your design decisions on data by leveraging Trading 212’s analytics tools and on user feedback by conducting usability testsEvolve and maintain Trading 212’s design libraryDrive innovation by integrating new tools and workflows into our design process.Be autonomous and have full ownership of your work

What You'll Need
